We are collaborating with a charitable organisation that offers life-changing nautical adventures for young people. Currently, we are in search of a Membership and Merchandise Manager to join a busy Fundraising and Communications team and support this impactfulinitiative. As the Membership and Merchandise Manager your main tasks include creating a new membership program to strengthen connections with alumni, supporters, and members. Additionally, youll be working on strategies to boost revenue from the charitys online shop. As an integral part of the fundraising team, this role will make a substantial contribution to the organisations mission, strengthening community ties and maximising income streams, reporting directly to the Central Fundraising LeadTo be considered you will have, *Proven track record in developing and implementing successful membership schemes or loyalty programmes.*Demonstrable experience in e-commerce, particularly in boosting online sales and user experience.*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and membership data to guide strategies.*Proficient in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.*Understanding of current trends in membership programmes and online retail.*Awareness of the challenges and opportunities within the charity and not-for-profit sector.Please get in touch ASAP if this is of interest.
