This person will be accountable for maintaining high conversion rates from enquiry to booking and upselling add-ons to maximiseeach opportunity.You will be accountable for managing an enquiry pipeline and existing bookings, as well as planning for future opportunities, processing payments, and liaising with the clients and operations team on all needs.
