Job Description

MLC are working on behalf of a London based NHS Trust to recruit a Medical Workforce manager to join them on a permanent basis.Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing advice and support to management on the employment of doctors in training, training rotations, rota design in line with the junior doctors TCS
  • Responsibility for ensuring the Allocate e-job planning, e-appraisal and e-revalidation systems are maintained accurately
  • Assist the HRBP for Medical Workforce in the roll out of e-job planning and the subsequent maintenance of the system
  • Responsible for managing the Trust’s trainee doctor’s rotations to ensure the provision of a streamlined and efficient service
  • Responsible for the line management of three Band 4 Medical Workforce Coordinators
    • Key Requirements
  • In depth knowledge and experience of delivering people based services at least at a supervisory or junior managerial level in Medical Staffing or other related Human Resources operation within the NHS or equivalent large complex health care organisation
  • Significant experience of design, implementation and delivery of high volume candidate resourcing in the NHS or other large, complex multi-professional health care organisation
  • Knowledge of Medical & Dental terms and conditions
  • Working knowledge of ESR
