Job Description

Full-time/permanent £34,000 p.a. Based on pretigious Harley Street. Boutique child & adolescent psychiatry outpatient private clinic.Role

  • Based on the prestigious Harley Street, in central London
  • Diary management (via emails/phone calls)
  • Outbound and inbound phone calls from parents of child patients
  • Supporting tasks across all 10 doctors.
  • Promptly replying to parent emails, filtering emails for doctors.
  • Greeting parents and child patients
  • Taking card payments in person and over the phone
  • Potentially some audio typing using software, to be discussed at interview.
  • Printing and emailing letters
Benefits
  • £34,000 p.a. basic salary
  • Full Time / Permanent / Monday to Friday / 40 hour week (1 hour paid lunch).

Ideal Candidate
  • Currently a Medical Secretary/Personal Assistant within another private mental health setting
  • 10+ years of Medical Secretary/Personal Assistant experience
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and responsive
  • Independent multi-tasker
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Sympathetic telephone manner
  • Able to manage stress during peak periods
  • Strong IT skills (training provided)
  • Some audio typing experience, but not essential
  • Mental health awareness (training provided)
  • Stable history of previous roles
