Our client, a leading private clinic in paediatric medicine, are looking for a secretary to join their world class team. The role will support a specialist consultant who works between the central London based private hospital and other external work includinglecturing at a leading UK university. This is the key support to the doctor, acting as the point of contact for patients and their families as well as managing all administrative tasks including managing the incoming emails and telephone calls. Alongside thisyou will proof read any letters, scan and upload patient records to the systems, send out prescriptions and raise invoices. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks as once is key!This is a varied and busy role with lots of scope to be involved in a number of different areas of the organisation and to be a true right hand to a fantastic consultant who is a lovely, switched-on person, well known in her field, super-efficient and absolutelypassionate about ensuring the best possible care for her patients.The role is based in office 2 days per week, with the rest remote. Offices hours are 8-5/9-6 with stunning offices in Marylebone.
