We cover all disciplines in pathology including allergy, biochemistry and endocrinology, haematology and blood transfusion, histopathology and cytology, immunology, and microbiology and serology, with each laboratory equipped with the best available analytical instrumentation.Job DescriptionThe post holder will support the Cytology laboratory and Cytopathologists to guarantee an adequate service delivery and Departments KPIs and TATs.This is a fixed term position for 7 months working 37.5 hour per week Monday to Friday (7.5 hour shifts varying from 8am to 8pm). There is also a requirement to work on Saturdays for a 6 hour shift for once a month.The salary range for this position is between £21,000 - £24,000 dependent on skills & experience.
