LITIGATION COUNSELPUBLISHINGLONDON & WFHWe are working with a hugely successful newspaper, magazine and digital publisher, the largest news publisher in the UK. A multiple award winning business, they have always adapted and evolved with the times and their digital presence is phenomenal.They are looking to recruit an additional lawyer to join the Editorial legal team on a permanent basis, reporting into the Head of Litigation. You will have experience of claims that arise from publication, and an understanding of defamation, misuse of dataand copyright infringement dispute resolution. You may not be an expert in all these areas yet as this could be a development role, but some prior experience is required in all cases. You will also have an excellent knowledge of the CPR and great attentionto detail. We are keen to consider junior lawyers keen to develop their experience in this area or more experienced media litigators looking for a step up in their career.If you want a varied workload which involves lots of different matters, exciting and high profile work and you like being part of a collegiate, supportive team, this role is for you!
