12 MONTH CONTRACT! DIRECTOR TV PRODUCTION AND PRODUCTION FINANCE LONDON HYBRID Our client is one of the biggest names in TV production. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a friendly and supportive team, focussing on development and productionmatters, co-financing and investment, SVOD and commissioning deals. You will manage a variety of matters arising in connection with the development, production and financing of scripted television productions. This will include negotiating writers and onscreentalent agreements, dealing with all production finance/investment agreements, negotiating SVOD commission deals, as well as managing compliance for all scripted content. You will be a qualified lawyer, ideally with significant in-house experience of scriptedTV development and production work, TV production financing and/or IP licensing, gained in a top tier law firm or multinational company with an international outlook. You will have a proactive manner and excellent communication skills to work collaborativelywith the commercial, creative and legal teams. You will have a meticulous eye for detail but you will also be able to see the bigger commercial picture of the deals that you are working on, to help implement the strategy of the wider group.
