In todays fragmented and dynamic media world, new opportunities have arisen to offer clients significant opportunities to derive additional or exceptional value whilstalso helping to drive our Publicis business forward.We are a division in growth mode, actively investing in our talent, product, solutions and process.Job DescriptionAs the Media Agency Development Lead for APEX, you will support the APEX Head of Digital in delivering growth for APEX UK, with a particular emphasis on overseeing and being a true consultative business partner to our Publicis Media agencies.This high visibility role offers you a fantastic opportunity to drive new business with a top tier agency, demonstrate a strong understanding of our clients needs, curate digital outcomes-based solutions from our product suite and close opportunities.

  • Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with the leadership within your accounts
  • Take lead on and support the digital strategy team in responding to RFPs, strategic media plans and other agency opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with digital strategy planning and trading teams to deliver focused support for agencies and their client brands
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders across the Groupe and lead agency and client meetings, calls and communication to foster new APEX digital opportunities
  • Communicate and evangelise the value of APEX digital solutions so agencies see APEX as a preferred investment solution
  • Manage and track opportunity pipeline through SalesForce and regularly contribute to forecasting and planning discussions
  • Work closely with APEX leadership, strategy and programmatic teams to contribute to product positioning and sales marketing materials, including the development of APEX case studies to showcase successes to our partners
Qualifications
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Extensive client-facing and development experience within an agency, media or tech company
  • Extensive experience in digital media planning/strategy and business development
  • Possess well-honed project management skills to ensure accurate delivery of projects on schedule
  • Proven creativity and ability to come up with new, innovating thinking and ideas
