Job Description

As part of the in-house engineering team, you will provide a high standard of hard services maintenance for the University building. This is a permanent role providing long term job security and training for personal and professional development.Client DetailsThe client is one of the top ranked Universities in the UK, based in Central LondonDescriptionKey responsibilities include:

  • PPM
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Flushing
  • HVAC
  • Plant room
  • FCUs, AHUs, motors, pumps etc.
  • Steam boilers (training provided)
  • Handyman duties when required
  • Collaborating efficiently and effectively with other engineers
  • Deliver a high standard of customer focused service
    • ProfileThe successful person must possess the following:
  • Level 3 C&G/NVQ Mechanical qualification OR part 1 & 2 (fully qualified)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Confident and capable in mechanical duties
  • Willing and able to work shifts (4-on 4-off)
