Electrically qualified engineer to undertake electrical and mechanical maintenance on site.Client DetailsThe client is a multinational contract food services companyDescriptionThe key responsibilities include:- take charge of day to day operations of the engineering service- complete daily inspections, reactive and PPMs.- Efficiently record any relevant data necessary to ensure the effective operations of the building, plant and equipment- Provide condition based reports- Oversee the correct operation of all electrical, mechanical, HVAC on site- Understand and optimise/minimise building energy management electrical- Mechanical: extract fans, air handling units, maintaining humidity in labs, plumbing, fault finding- Electrical: wiring, minor installations, electrical reactive/ppm, potential schematics/O+Ms/plans, BMS, sockets, switches- Safety and complianceProfileThe successful candidate obtains:- A 17th or ideally 18th edition ELECTRICAL- Ideally testing and inspection- Both mechanical and electrical background.
