Matron - Clinical Development / Deputy Clinical Lead @homeAre you interested in becoming a key member of our innovative @home team in Southwark and Lambeth We are offering a fantastic career opportunity in an exciting, forward thinking integrated acute medical team.As a dynamic and motivated Matron you will lead on the development of new services and pathways within the team,. You will Implement and evaluate a seamless specialist service, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of clinical care. The focusof the role is on clinical development but you will also work clinically to support the patient caseload with the objective of advocating early discharge and hospital admission avoidance through providing acute care in the patients usual place of residence,by the GSTT @home multi-disciplinary team.The post holder will act as the Deputy Clinical Lead for the service providing local and strategic leadership for the service.
