Job Description

Lloyds is where you can bring your future to life.Lloyds is seeking to appoint an experienced Master Data Manager to define the Master Data Management process and service model across the Corporation, consolidating existing solutions and methodsThe RoleTo provide administrative support to the community engagement team supporting Lloyds global community involvement commitments.Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of a strategic master data collection solution for Lloyds Corporation
  • Develop and leverage a comprehensive master data view across Corporation systems, enabling integration and reconciliation and ensuring it is complete, accurate and up to date
  • Work with key stakeholders across and outside the Corporation to develop and manage key master data business processes, ensuring that we collect and maintain accurate information, including integration with the London Target Operating Model
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) including information processing, policies, strategies, standards and procedures to keep and protect the integrity and structure of our material master data and add value and/or competitive advantage
  • Define requirements and rules for data consolidation, including data quality checking, matching and merging, supported by data governance and stewardship structures
  • Create functional specifications for system and configuration changes due to application modifications
  • Assist with data mappings, modelling, profiling, query design, strategy, governance and data quality improvement
  • In collaboration with Data Architecture and delivery teams, review and approve technical designs for architectural requirements and contribute to the design and development of reusable services and automate flow of data between disparate sources
  • Conduct source system analysis, data profiling and data quality monitoring and remediation for data lifecycle management
  • Participate in capacity planning, deployment, automation and performance management of key applications
  • Working with the Data Governance team, develop a master data governance framework for implementation in business as usual and project modes, including change management processes and stewardship structures

Knowledge
  • Detailed understanding of Master Data Management
  • Knowledge in related information management arenas, such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Architecture, and Data Integration
Experience
  • Experience of leading Master Data Management initiatives in complex business environments to the benefit of business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participating in or leading Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence implementation teams, managing project scope, and providing technical leadership
  • Experience in Data Architecture/Modelling, ETL, Data Quality and MDM tools, Data Quality Services, and Master Data Services
  • Experience in working with large volumes of data from disparate data sources across complex business processes and functions
  • Experience developing Data Governance and other related data quality and compliance standards
