MASH Team Manager - Good Ofsted - PermanentSalary up to £48,234 per annum, plus £2,000 annual retention payment, and £2,000 Golden Hello.A London Borough is looking for a MASH Team Manager for their Childrens Services.The authority has a Good Ofsted, and prides itself in producing the best results for families. Having placed managers there previously, I regularly receive good feedback from managers about the competency of the Social Workers in place. Being in a team of Social Workers who know what they are doing is so important and contributes massively to the overall reduced stress of the job.They are looking for someone who has experience as a Childrens Social Worker, who is fully conversant with Safeguarding legislation.
