Job Description

Marketing Technology ManagerLocation: LondonSalary: £55,000-£60,000An innovative and growing company in the coworking space with a management team who have ambitious plans to continue to scale the business both in the UK and internationally.The business is predominantly asset-backed, owning the freehold in its buildings rather than operating a lease arbitrage model. The customer proposition is design and service-experience led, with residents benefitting from concierge service, a premium fit out, state-of-the-art technology and a productivity-focused environment.The role:The Marketing Technology Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned technical projects and systems in support of the Marketing team and broader operational efforts.Responsible for the systems, projects, and initiatives throughout the project management lifecycle, from original concept to final implementation while being the single point of contact for these initiatives. The Marketing Technology Manager will interface with all areas affected by the initiatives including business users (internal and external vendors/partners), agency partners, and hosting and development providers.The ideal candidate must be technically literate, savvy, and knowledgeable while also highly detail oriented and able to thrive in an extremely fast-moving, dynamic environment.Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide marketing applications projects specifically related to CRMs, HTML, XML, JSON, and CSS
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a website developer or website development project management (preferably using both Waterfall and Agile methodology)
  • Thorough understanding of cloud infrastructure administration, network administration and service desk administration
  • Strong understanding of project governance, software development and testing life cycles
  • In-depth knowledge of operating systems and office productivity applications (MS Office, Google Apps)
