Job Description

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to develop a digital solution for our Go To Market strategy, delivering demand generation and topping up our sales and marketing pipeline.You’ll have an eye for competitor analysis, reviewing analytical performance, experience of Google Analytics, CRO testing, creation of email and landing pages, as well as developing nurture pathways and automated trigger campaigns.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead the team:

  • Mentoring, motivating and developing your team with a focus on performance, setting targets and applying high standards.
  • Create a culture that encourages accountability through open review and a "lessons learnt" way of working.
  • Coach individuals to improve capabilities and unite the team, ensure that they engage as a positive unit, drive continual improvement and share their best practices
  • Know the market and our customers:
  • Work with the marketing team to position the brand digitally
  • Conduct B2B marketing competitor analysis using tools such as Similar Web, and share this information in an effective manner for strategic and tactical campaign deployment
  • Deliver a digital strategy that focuses and has our customers at the heart of it
  • Analyze the web statistics using Similar Web and Google Analytics, set up dashboards, and be able to communicate recommendations to the business and to improve web strategies, paid and organic search performance
  • Key member of the Content Working Group - helping to drive the overall structure from an SEO perspective and best practice for digital campaigns
  • Set our sales team up for success
  • Working alongside the Head of Marketing in the development of matrix messaging for insight led campaigns, including Learning Health Check campaigns
  • SEO strategy and execution
  • Paid media management
  • Marketing Lead generation, performance and ROI
  • Development of a CRO testing plan and website user testing
  • Brand
  • Working with others to deliver brand updates/tone of voice etc to our digital campaigns and website
  • Cross Team collaboration
  • Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
  • Work hand in hand with the Consumer Marketing team to optimise customer journeys and continuity between platforms
  • Showcase and share ideas with all teams to optimise internal awareness ready for market
  • Who We’re looking For:
  • Extensive experience of digital marketing, ideally from both a consumer and corporate background
  • Leadership and management, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience of developing websites, improving their optimisation
  • Experience of leading and executing all digital channels (email, paid media, organic social and SEO)
  • Experience of working with data and tech, including Salesforce CRM, CMS (e.g. Kentico), and Campaign Management tools such as Pardot
