Job Description

Based in SE1Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experience Marketing Manager in the new homes property market. You will be working in a small busy team and assist in the implementation of the sales, marketing and buyer communications strategies. You will help drive sales prospects to customer touch points (websites, marketing suite etc.) to meet sales targets (volume and revenue)Your role:

  • Support the maintenance of excellent internal and external communications with stakeholders, the team, local communities, target markets, local authorities and partners to protect and build the reputation of our client
  • Feed into the development of marketing budgets, time lines, place making, naming/address and brand development to ensure project sales and marketing targets and KPIs are met
  • Monitor spend against budgets to ensure projects are delivered on budget
  • Implement signage strategies, including directional signage, hoarding and site signage to ensure site presentation standards are met and drive customer enquiries
  • Manage sales and marketing suite fit out, show units, development models, CGIs and photography to maintain presentation standards at all times
  • Assist in developing sales and marketing collateral such as brochures, floorplans, leaflets, and homeowner packs
  • Provide ideas and an approach to creating a differentiated campaign for each development
  • Maintain online activity including websites, property portals, e-campaigns, social media, pro-actively improving and updating the corporate website
  • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Director to determine who to target, for what and when, based on analysis and research
  • Work with stakeholders to design and build campaigns/customer journeys, as well as create tactical campaigns outlined within our communications strategy
  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of campaigns/customer journeys
  • Alignment of digital communications and social media strategy and critical success factors for each project, competitor activity and market opportunities
  • Assist in the development of and distribution of customer relationship marketing materials
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing campaign effectiveness and monitor the sales database to assist in developing future marketing plans and improve budget effectiveness
  • Deliver internal and external sales events, (including launch events) prepare presentations, co-coordinate site visits for stakeholders, VIPs, industry representatives and team functions
  • Brief photographers for events, development shoots (lifestyle/views) and film shoots, managing the image database in order to meet brand aspirations and provide an image bank for future use
  • Engage with and brief the sales team on all aspects of the marketing and communications strategies
  • Create awareness for the brand to develop a personality that will help define and shape the communication plan and vision for each project and deliver it to key audiences
  • To work closely with the PR agency to assist with the delivery of the PR plans
  • The person:
  • A relevant Bachelors degree
  • CIM Qualification preferrable
  • Experience in a similar role either internally or working for a marketing agency
  • Line management, able to not only manage the workload of others but also to coach, mentor and support talent
  • Development and implementation of bespoke marketing plans and campaigns
  • Budgeting and financial reporting experience
  • Effectively building and managing relationships with external stakeholders and suppliers
  • Good analytical experience with the ability to provide insightful learnings and next steps
  • A great attitude to new concepts
  • Good project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Acquisition experience with knowledge of cost per lead
  • Media booking experience beneficial
  • Good presentation style
  • Ability to be flexible and agile in their thinking
  • Open to change in a fast paced environment
