Job Description

Marketing Manager - Head of Growth Competitive basic salary with company annual bonus.WHO ARE WECurrently based in Waterloo, Plexus are a hungry, young emerging tech recruitment company who have quickly become established as one of the leaders in Europe’s blockchain and emerging tech hiring industry. Established in 2017 we have grown from 2 people to now 15 staff members with an annual turnover of £3.4 million in 2019.We are on the lookout for a Marketing manager to be responsible for the Plexus brand, scaling a community in the Blockchain and Emerging tech space and overall ownership of our digital presence. You will have full autonomy of your role - you bring the ideas and we will give you the platform to be able to implement them.Your role will include:

  • Manage all our social media channels with a focus on organic growth of our following through writing, sharing, and publishing relevant content
  • Full ownership of brand
  • Internal and external content writing and engage new candidates & clients
  • Working closely with our recruiters to organise and run tech meet up’s for candidates and clients
  • Previous experience with motion graphics or video
  • Previous experience using Canva and Photoshop
  • Responsibility of SEO and PPP
