About the roleWorking closely with the Head of Campaign Marketing, the Marketing Manager implements my clients marketing initiatives and further enhances regional marketing campaigns across wholesale and institutional channels supporting distribution priorities.This is initially a 9-month FTC.In this role, your main responsibilities will include the following* Define the marketing strategy for FraBeLux in line with the overall global marketing strategy* Support the development and execution of central campaigns, adapting for local markets and media as appropriate, measure outcomes and making adaptations and recommendations to meet campaign objectives.* Working closely with sales, provide multi-channel marketing support for the Institutional and wholesale activities.* Work closely across the broader Marketing & Communications team to ensure that all activities from Digital through to PR are in line with our business strategy and goals* Work closely with the events team to help plan, manage and execute regional events; drawing on the wider team to support with digital delivery, creative adaptations and content planning* Interact with senior investment professionals to help develop effective marketing materials for use internally and externally* Take responsibility for the marketing budget in France.* Ensure the timely implementation of marketing projects, effectively liaising and communicating with all relevant stakeholders* Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of messaging, style, quality and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience for all channels of contentExperience* Significant experience in marketing and campaign management within asset management or similar financial services environment* Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and work both independently and within a team* Strong understanding of current marketing trends and the European financial landscape, especially in France and Swiss Romandie* Understand the European asset management business - Institutional and Wholesale* General understanding of European compliance and regulatory standardsIn our company values we aim for equity at all stages of the recruitment process, please let us know if we can do anything to make the process more accessible to you.
