Job Description

Marketing Managerwith expertise on DeFi and specific Solana-knowledge sought by a fast-growing Decentralised Finance business with a roadmap including crypto-lending, yield farming, pooling and derivatives.Reporting to the CMO, we are looking for a highly organised andexecution-focusedMarketing Managerwith a track-record in targeted campaigns, ROI, SEO with a background and knowledge in DeFi and Solana.Responsibilities:

  • Implement stategies to strengthen the projects market presence
  • Creating market fit and demand for a new StableCoin
  • Generate buzz around yield bearing strategies within our suite of products
  • Work cross-functionally to generate growth and sustain momentum
  • Potential to pursue event strategies both regionally and internationally
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or other role with a focus on user acquisition
  • Comprehension of not only DeFi but the Solana ecosystem
  • History of driving successful growth campaigns within Crypto
  • Experience with other projects and communities as a participant and/or mod
  • High data competency - using it as a central pillar in the decision-making process
  • A fluency with many of the hot aspects defi (staking, yield,farming, pooling derivatives)
