Job Description Morgan McKinley are exclusively headhunting on behalf of a well-known UK PR/Corporate Communications agency who are looking for an in-house Marketing Manager to join them Reporting into the Managing Partner, the Marketing Manager will be working closely with senior leaders to create and execute marketing campaigns for the UK Business. Key Responsibilities Of The Marketing Manager:
  • Create and execute marketing strategies working closely with senior partners
  • Devise ongoing content calendar covering all marketing and communications channels
  • Manage social content plans
  • Create content such as thought leadership pieces, blogs, newsletters and email communications
  • Plan and execute events
  • Develop a social media strategy to cover all platforms
  • Manage brand alignment across digital platforms
  • Report to senior leaders on campaign results/ROI
  • Work with senior leaders to develop new business acquisition targets & plans
  • Promote agency news such as acquisitions, hires and wins
Desired Background/Skills Of The Senior Global Communications Manager
  • Experience working within Professional Services, Financial Services or Agency
  • Excellent communicator and presenter
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • Data driven
  • Experienced executing campaigns across multiple marketing channels
  • Proactive, responsible, reliable, and a strong attention to detail
