Job Description

As a Marketing Manager you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms to enhance the groups reputation as a leading education services provider.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive integrated marketing campaigns, manage the Content Hub, and play a pivotal role in generating cross-sales opportunities.Client DetailsMy client is a leading provider of business support to the education sector.DescriptionKey responsibilities of this Marketing Manager position:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for enhanced visibility.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage and develop the Content Hub and subscription service.
  • Collaborate with marketing leads across group companies to amplify content.
  • Ensure alignment with EVP and maintain consistency in messaging with the People Team.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines for communications and digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends for brand differentiation opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance, tracking key metrics.
  • Plan, execute, and measure multi-brand marketing campaigns for co-selling opportunities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization at industry events and conferences, and own the CSR marketing agenda.
ProfileKey requirements of this Marketing Manager position:
  • Demonstrate proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar branding role.
  • Possess a strong understanding of branding principles and strategies, with a successful track record in managing brand initiatives.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, crafting compelling brand messages and narratives.
  • Maintain a creative mindset, thinking strategically and developing innovative ideas to differentiate the brand.
  • Display effective stakeholder management skills and eagerness to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills for evaluating market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics, along with strong project management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
