Job Description

Our client is an established membership organization with over 100k members. They strive to deliver best-in-class resources, training and development services to their members, focusing on quality above everything else.Due to the growing needs of their team, our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to work on their flagship event, plus much more. This is an exciting cross-functional role, focused primarily on (but not limited to) events marketing. Working across various teams and functions, this is a diverse role with no two days everbeing the same!We are looking for someone ideally with 2-3 years events marketing experience, or relevant B2B marketing experience, who is well versed in the core marketing channels such as email, CMR, social, website & copywriting.Located in the heart of Westminster, our client offers hybrid working (ideally 1 day in the office per week), private health insurance, GymFlex, Cyclescheme and much more!Tasks & Responsibilities:This is a varied role, broadly covering the following:

  • Coordinate and manage activities across the group.
  • Ensure marketing activities are conducted effectively, with a high level of consistency.
  • Identify new target markets.
  • Build and nurture existing customer base.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to brief, budget and deadline.
  • Analyse external market conditions and competitor data.
About You:
  • Strong project management skills.
  • A thorough understanding of events and delegate registration processes.
  • Significant experience coordinating marketing activities.
  • Experience managing suppliers and external agencies.
  • Understanding of brand development.
  • Understanding of whole marketing mix.
  • Budget management.
  • Market research skills.
