Job Description

Marketing Manager, joining a National Health Charity, with Head Office based in London. Remote working, with occasional travel to the London office. Initially a 12 month contract, with plans of longer-term and growth opportunities.A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a newly structured Marketing and Brand team, at an extremely exciting transformation period with a brand-new organisational strategy.As the Marketing Manager, working with the Head of Marketing & Brand, you will develop and deliver a marketing strategy, based around segments, which maximises the appeal of the cause and brand, raises awareness and increases engagement with target audiences.You will take a lead on ensuring the quality, consistency and strategic development of marketing, ensuring the charity is led by insights, raising awareness and understanding of the audience, growing the supporter base, driving action and ultimately bringingthese audiences closer to the charitable purpose.

  • Lead the development of complex, cross-team project and communications plans.
  • Work with internal teams (e.g. PR, Campaigns, Fundraising, Digital, Internal Communications) to ensure communications to internal and external audiences are co-ordinated and aligned.
  • Work alongside the digital team to explore new digital formats, channels and retargeting strategies.
  • Work with colleagues to monitor the impact of all campaigns and external facing activities and use this insight and knowledge to inform and drive improvements.
  • Act as a champion of customer insight for the segments, ensuring that this is integral in any marketing activities.
  • Provide creative leadership and ensure work is proceeding on target and in line with key indicators
  • Ensure all marketing activity is in line with Brand guidelines.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who has worked in a similar role, with the ability to manage multiple projects, excellent time and project management skills including research, planning, briefing, implementation and measurement. Withexperience of brand implementation and management, knowledge of current trends and best practice in digital marketing.
