Job Description

The role of Marketing Manager: The Marketing Manager will report in to the new CMO, and sit within a newly structured team that includes - Campaign Marketing Manager, Product Marketing, Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Operations.This is an ideal role for an ambitious individual with experience of multi-channel marketing in a B2B recurring revenue environment. The focus will be on Account Based Marketing (ABM) to maximise revenues from Key Accounts. You be will run marketing campaigns using the latest marketing automation and CRM technology, social media, and digital/online marketing channels, to generatesales demand and drive user engagement.This position reports into the Marketing Team and requires working alongside Account Management, and Customer Success executives in particular to support outbound, inbound and account-based marketing campaigns - creating content against Sales and Marketingplans.Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and new wins for the product across new and existing business.
  • Line management of Senior Marketing Executive - support and oversee the ABM strategy and campaign execution.
  • Take a data-driven approach to customise marketing assets and develop initiatives that align with the customer journey, sales buying stages, and support the account go-to-market plan.
  • Develop and co-ordinate marketing activity across multiple channels including email, website, print, events and social media to drive demand generation, improve customer insight and sales conversion.
  • Develop customer data builds to increase effective targeting, response/conversion rates as well as supporting the ABM strategy.
To be considered you must have:
  • B2B recurring revenue marketing experience in a role with a focus on lead generation and ABM.
  • Previous experience of close collaboration with a sales team
  • Knowledge and experience of digital marketing with a focus on email marketing and social media
  • Marketing Automation and CRM knowledge (Salesforce and Pardot ideally)
  • An understanding of how marketing is used to drive demand and how thats measured
  • Strong understanding of reporting on campaign effectiveness and customer engagement - experience of using Google Analytics would be an advantage.
