Job Description

We are partnering with a high-growth, global technology consultancy, who specialise in working on high profile projects within global companies.Client DetailsThe business are a leading and growing dev-ops consultancy who work with clients on complex and high-profile projects within their business. They are looking to hire a Marketing Lead into their London offices (although this person will be able to work remotely for as much of the week as they desire).DescriptionKey Responsibilities of the Marketing Lead:

  • Work closely with the senior leadership, BD and developer teams to create a global content strategy for both print and digital which has a consistent brand and tone of voice across all channels
  • Responsible for driving our content marketing agenda, editorial calendar as well as writing, editing and curating all content to promote new business
  • Responding to requests from the business for branded literature and collateral
  • Work closely with the BD team to generate commercial insights to support BD reach out and inbound marketing
  • You will be tasked with generating content to support the entire journey through the marketing funnel. and come up with ideas for lead generating content campaigns
  • You will foster close relationships with the senior leadership team and project managers across all regions to enable you to develop client success stories, awards submissions, testimonials and case studies
  • Production of annual thought leadership research
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the organisation including media, clients, targets, referrers, networking organisations and staff both nationally and internationally.
  • Acts as PR counsel to internal clients including VPs, Principals and Project Managers
  • Foster rapport with journalists in our target media and create mutually respected relationships
  • Campaign infrastructure and coordination - taking the lead in developing the right campaign infrastructure and reports to help manage and track all our marketing activities, as well as coordinating channel engagement across events / social / DM / sales / f2f and PR.
  • Coordinating promotional activity and media sponsorships (working closely with US team) across key international publications and media channels
  • Support industry conferences and events, including management of promotional items, event stand materials and event logistics
  • ProfileKey requirements of the Marketing Lead:
  • Experience of producing high quality content for professional services or tech-based industries
  • Track history in creating commercial insights to support BD
  • A clear track record of leading and delivering highly effective content marketing plans online (i.e. conversion & engagement rates)
  • Solid understanding of content marketing and web marketing (e.g., SEO, social)
  • Experience of developing video and infographic content
  • Ability to plan and effectively present ideas and concepts to senior stakeholders to gain support, internally and externally
  • Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • A love of content and an interest in creating and writing engaging multi-platform content
  • Excellent networking and relationship skills
  • Thorough understanding of the principles of effective internal and external communication
  • Experience in media or journalism and contacts would be beneficial
  • High attention to detail, an aptitude for learning, and ability to multi-task across competing projects and deadlines.
  • Will have worked in technology, IT or professional services sectors ideally
