The Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive to provide support to the Head of Marketing of this Wealth Management firm, by taking the lead on projects, communications and Marketing events where required.The Marketing Executive will take the lead on implementing all marketing activities for the Wealth Management company as agreed with the Head of Marketing including literature, website, events, social media, sponsorship and PR.The Marketing Executive will take ownership of the Wealth Management firms literature suite, working with key stakeholders and ensuring the content is frequently reviewed and updated.Work with the Marketing and Investment team as necessary on the delivery of key Marketing projects across the Wealth Management firm (this is likely to include re-brand, intranet project, email automation project and content hub project).The Marketing Executive will manage all aspects of selected events, from event concept and idea generation through to execution. Review a range of Wealth Management marketing materials (blogs, sales material, investment commentary and articles), ensuring that the messaging is correct and the content is accurate in accordance with the Wealth Management companies brand.The Marketing Executive will rewrite content as necessary to bring in line with the Wealth Management companies message and tone of voice.Preparing and working on creative briefs.The Marketing Executive will liaise with external graphic designer and/or videographer on the creation of any new marketing assets for the Wealth Management firm, preparing a full creative design brief and ensuring an efficient delivery.The Marketing Executive will be responsible for the sign off of financial promotions created by the Senior Marketing Executive.The Marketing Executive will be responsible for adherence to the Gifts and Entertainment policy for all events owned by the Senior Marketing Executive.The Candidate:5 years marketing experience, ideally from an Investment Management, Financial Services or Professional Services organisation.Excellent written and communication skills with a strong eye for detail and design.Ability to take the lead and manage projects and to work well within a small team.Experience of website maintenance.Event management experience.Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.Digital and social marketing experience would be preferable.Must be self-motivated with the ability to work well in a small team.
