This leading global independent property consultancy is looking for a Marketing Executive to join them at what will be a period of rapid transformation across the business. They are investing heavily in Marketing and we have a real opportunity to help market the brand via all marketing channels.We are looking for a Marketing Executive to sit within the Commercial Marketing Team who support both the UK and international business in delivering their objectives. As part of the Commercial team, youll be responsible for many projects that will require broad marketing experience. The Role:*Planning, developing, briefing, project managing and delivering effective marketing campaigns, align to business and campaign objectives and KPIs. *Working alongside colleagues in the PR, Creative Services, Digital, Content, Internal Comms, Research and BD teams to ensure seamless collaboration of expertise. *Building and owning relationships with the relevant internal stakeholders across the business.*Assisting the planning and delivery of research reports.*Delivering marketing outputs on time and on budget, reporting regular updates to your line manager. *Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget.*Undertaking ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met, including tactical campaign ROI.*Responsibility for creating email campaigns using the branded templates. *Supporting across the Commercial Marketing team with creation, review and approval of marketing communications.*Supporting the Marketing Communications Coordinator network with ongoing training and engagement. The Candidate:*Educated to degree level (ideally in a Marketing or Busines related subject).*Ideally a minimum of 12 months previous experience in a marketing role.*Strong project management/organisational skills.*Experience in commercial real estate an advantage but not essential. *Marketing degree or qualification an advantage but not essential.*Strong inter-personal skills and sense of team.*Skilled at working under pressure.*An eye for detail and be very accurate in their work.*Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.*Excellent organisational skills, working efficiently alone and as a part of a wider team.
