Job Description

Were looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing saas business, with employees all over the country. This is the ideal opportunity for a talented marketer with strong campaigns and digital experience to play a vital role in supportingthe marketing function.What youll be doingDemand Generation
  • Work with the VP of Marketing to deliver the demand generation strategy to meet pipeline acceleration targets.
  • Own the campaign asset execution plans (content briefing, landing page creation, email creation, automations, design), briefing relevant agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Responsibility for liaising with external partners to co-ordinate and execute events, webinars and roundtables, to drive MQLs for the sales team.
Digital Marketing
  • Responsibility for day-to-day running digital strategy - working with an external agency to refine, optimise and report on the success.
  • Optimisation of the websitebuild of new pages and ensuring the website has the optimal UX/UI for customer journey and conversion.
  • Own the organic and paid social media strategydevelop the plans, tonality and look and feel of our social media presence to increase engagements and following.
Inbound
  • Help to execute the inbound content strategy, suggesting topics and themes to copywriters to create new and disruptive content.
  • Implement SEO recommendations and report on the progress of our long-term SEO strategy.
  • Support all external communications activities.
  • Work with the Customer Success team to help drive a customer reference program to maximise the benefit of customer-specific stories.
Marketing Automation & Data Centric Operations
  • Input into best practice guidance for infrastructure, processes and data that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • External Relationships & Market Knowledge
  • Identifying and managing relationships with external agencies.
  • Develop good strategic relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders and ET.
What experience youll need to apply
  • 3+ years in a marketing role, ideally in a high growth B2B SaaS company
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies on time and to budget
  • Expertise with marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, Google Analytics and other marketing tools)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • A data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, with an affinity for making the number and attributing results to drive positive ROI on marketing activities
  • A passion for marketing with a hands-on, can do attitude, always striving to improve and optimise the marketing strategy to help meet wider business goals.
  • A marketing degree is preferable, but not essential with experience.
