To support in promoting the value of the association and it’s services to key audiences and stakeholders. You will be part of team 4. This made up of director, marketing manager, senior marketing executive and marketing executive.Main Duties/Responsibilities: Supporting in the delivery of the association’s member recruitment, retention & renewal marketing strategies & campaignsAssisting in the development & creation of print & digital marketing activity & collateral to support member recruitment, retention & renewalSupporting in the planning, delivery & promotion of physical & virtual industry exhibitions attended by the associationSupporting in the planning delivery & promotion of regional & national eventsMaintaining, updating & uploading website content - working with stakeholders & content owners from across the associationReporting & monitoring of key website metrics, goals & activityPlanning & executing various email marketing campaignsManaging, updating & maintaining the association’s email marketing databaseReporting & monitoring of key email marketing campaign metricsWorking with teams across the association to support the promotion of the services they provideSupporting in the ongoing promotion of existing & new member benefits, services, discounts, tools & contentManaging & executing associate member marketing activityLiaising with associate members and internal teams to co-ordinate the deliverySupporting in the ongoing review & updating of all marketing collateralManagement of the association’s stock & distribution of all marketing collateralManagement of the association’s stock & distribution of branded merchandiseSupporting the comms team with social media post schedulingScheduling and posting of internal communications to the association’s intranetExperience, Knowledge and Skills required:Experience with both on and offline marketing activities - EssentialProficient in e-mail marketing & e-mail marketing platforms (we use Pardot but experience with similar systems will suffice) - EssentialExperience working with CMS platforms (we use Kentico but experience with similar systems will suffice) - EssentialExperience with exhibitions & events, including planning and promoting - DesirableKnowledge in using reporting tools such as Google Analytics - DesirableHighly organised with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - EssentialExcellent written and proof-reading skills - EssentialComputer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to pick up new software packages easily - EssentialWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (in particular - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign DesirableTo apply to this role please send your CV.Closing Date 24th May 2021Due to the volume of applications we are only able to contact successful applicants.
