Job Description

Marketing Executive responsibilities:

  • Publish, update, maintain and scale content on a variety of digital channels including but not limited to public-facing websites, email campaigns, social media, internal applications and our client portal
  • Create (design, layout, edit) website and email templates using standard HTML code and CSS practices
  • Manage routine monthly and quarterly process of distributing materials to clients via email campaign
  • Maintain digital document repositories to ensure that all regulatory, strategy and fund documents presented externally are clear and current
  • Gather and refine technical requirements for digital projects based on business specifications and goals
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders across the firm-and with external vendors- to ensure project requirements are documented and delivered on time
  • Create new ways to visualize data through interactive charts and infographics across digital channels
  • Apply emerging technologies and industry trends to connect user needs with business goals
Marketing Executive qualifications:
  • Required:
    • 3+ years of full-time experience in a professional digital marketing environment
    • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing, Information Systems or a related field
    • Fluency in HTML and CSS
    • Experience with CMS and CRM applications, specifically Drupal, Pardot and Salesforce, including API automation and integration
  • Preferred:
    • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, web security and WCAG 1 best practices
    • Microsoft Office skills and experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
    • Experience with social media platforms and Meltwater
    • ability to work 4 days in London office
