Associate Director - Marketing & Visibility Working within EMEA Corporate BRM, this newly createdrole will strengthen the companys market presence throughout EMEA with the goal of increasing market share, maximizing new rating mandates and client retention. Main responsibilities Support BRM in managing marketing programs and underlying tactics, includingemail campaigns and events. Conduct Email marketing campaigns including deciding topics & market segments to be targeted, filtering on the correct contacts, and drafting the text to be distributed. Analyse results of marketing campaigns by collecting dataand deriving insights to help our business partners make more informed decisions Monitor and administer the EMEA Corporate events & marketing budget Working in conjunction with the Fitch Events Team, draft text for invitations and ensure they are distributedto relevant contacts for each event. Translate the business needs of BRM into actionable requirements for Group Marketing, Events and CRM teams. Review Fitchratings.com & the Fitch Issuer Portal regularly and recommend articles, research or other contentupdates to website managers. Review event attendees and other leads for sales qualification Assist in the administration of Client Hospitality venues Experience: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or a similar field is a distinct advantage Significantmarketing experience required within financial services, preferably B2B Significant experience required with project management including planning, organizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities Solid understanding of marketing technology andplatforms Proven experience with digital marketing Experience working in a global organization is preferred Qualifications & Skills: Advanced skills using Marketo, Salesforce (desirable) and Microsoft Office: Excel & Powerpoint (essential) Previous experienceusing marketing automation (Marketo) and/or CRM database management (Salesforce.com) tools Fluent in English and preferably one other European language Innovative and proactive in identifying new commercial opportunities and marketing strategies, includingnew sponsorships, events and content syndication channels Analytical mindset required, with proven experience exploiting available data sources to drive proactive, data-driven marketing strategies; prior experience with marketing analytics concepts and data-drivenmarketing highly desired Ability to proactively and consultatively support a sales/business development organization with marketing and sales enablement solutions Proven ability to work with various parties and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills as therole will be liaising with stakeholders and team members internally and vendors externally Strong communication, content development and editorial skills required Fitch Group is a global leader in financial information services with operations in more than30 countries.
