Our leadership team is hands-on and rolls up their sleeves to mentor and support.We care about how we deliver.We enjoy working on interesting problems with smart people and understand that if it was easy, it wouldnt always be fun.What we’re looking forA marketing automation and multichannel specialist that can work with marketing managers to input into campaigns strategy, cadence and channel strategy then confidently create data queries and build campaigns across multiple channels with a bias for automation, testing and optimisation. What youll be responsible for

  • This is a high growth, entrepreneurial environment, best suited to an ambitious and creative thinker.
  • Youll specialise creating the strategy for designing and building automation programs and ad hoc campaigns in the marketing automation platform, across email, SMS, DM, Push, Calling, and in-app.
  • Youll work closely with our Growth Marketing team to shape the campaigns and the comms agenda, Product teams to ensure the journey is performing and consistent across the end-to-end journeys and with our Data and Creative teams to help execute.

  • Were looking for an experienced CRM Manager, ideally with experience of Braze and experience using a Customer Data Platform (CDP) like mParticle or Exponea.
  • You will have a strong understanding and passion for insight, data and measurability and seek to test everything.
  • You are commercially driven and have a bias for action and delivering thought-though multi-channel campaigns at pace.
    • Skills
  • Strong experience in delivering automated, multichannel CRM campaigns
  • Good understanding of data, insight and data manipulation
  • Strong experience using: Marketing automation platforms (e.g. Braze), CDPs (e.g. mParticle), CMS, Landing Page builders (e.g. Unbounce)
  • You have a test and learn mentality, delivering and evolving successful campaigns with a very strong eye for detail.Understanding of HTML, responsive email design, marketing automation and marketing data
  • Experience of managing CRM activity to optimise based on business goals and customer/partner experience.
