This is not a highly technical sale however the successful candidate will have a good understanding of technology and SaaS sales.Key Duties:+ Help develop the Companys new brand strategy and positioning as a software house+ Identify opportunities for improvement with the Companys content and lead generation activity+ Work closely with the CEO and Head of Growth to ensure the marketing strategy aligns with the Companys strategic and commercial objectives for the UK, as well as Australia and New Zealand+ Report on marketing activity and tracked ROI+ Conduct market research as well as competitor analyses to ensure the Companys proposition remains relevant. Present analysis on consumer behaviour to the senior management team+ Maintain the marketing database in HubSpot whilst also researching new sources of prospect data+ Gather customer insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads+ Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvements+ Work the sales to track product usage and develop ABM campaigns that can be scaled to prevent account churn+ Work with the Product Manager to write new product descriptions and user guides+ Manage the Companys social media accounts and grow the relevant audiences+ Work with the Companys agency to maintain and update the website regularly+ Organise and attend trade shows across the UK (some may require overnight stays for 1-2 nights), including creating collateral, promotion, and logistics+ Coordinate campaigns for both the UK and Australia (will require flexibility to hold meetings in multiple time zones)About You:+ Experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role+ Good overall mix of experience with communications, branding, digital marketing, and social media.+ Some basic graphic design experience for collateral creation and website imagery (Adobe suite)+ Creative flair, always brimming with new ideas on how we can improve our messaging+ Experience in creating and managing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate customers+ Confident in challenging the status quo+ Exceptional written and verbal communications skills+ Confident and lively presenter both online and in-person+ A good networker with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally+ An ability to understand new software to market it to non-technical users+ Proficient in using office applications / Google Workspace+ Experience using HubSpot marketing module, or similar (such as Pardot)Desired but not essential:+ Some PR experience+ Experience in marketing a SaaS or tech product, ideally into healthcare or public sector+ A basic understanding of the NHSCareer Path:This position may lead to the following job opportunities:+ Marketing ManagerInterested Apply here for a fast-track path to the Hiring ManagerYour Background / Previous Roles May Include:Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive, Marketing Specialist, SaaS Marketing, Tech Marketing, Health TechApplication notice We take your privacy seriously.
