You will be an individual who performs with composure under pressure; result focused and detailoriented and holding excellent communication skills.If the above describes you, this could be the perfect job opportunity for you.Who you will be working forOur client is an exceptional Interior Design company located in West London.What will you be doingYou will be producing and creating marketing materials and creating all external and internal marketing communications including presentations, brochures, advertising, literature and other marketing materials.Key Duties:* Creating all internal and external communications including newsletters, blogs, social media and papers.* Researching PR opportunities including press releases.* Creating guidelines for the brand.* Monitor analyse and report on performance of communications.* Maintain databases and websites for projects.* Assisting in the design implementation and coordination of events, conferences and exhibitions.* Creating, maintaining and refreshing templates for use across the business in various formats.* Responsible for all ad-hoc graphic design requirements.* Leading CSR and social activities within the business by arranging events and activities and managing employee involvement.* Acting as an ambassador for charity and aligning events and activities with fundraising efforts to that end, while promoting employee involvement.* Supporting the design teams with Adobe CC suite skills.* Liaising with suppliers and external agents.About you* Excellent design, organisational, time management and people skills.* Advanced working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is essential.* Digital marketing skills and social media skills.* Experience in industry relevant PR.* Copywriting skills.* AutoCAD knowledge - advantageous but not essential.* A working knowledge of Architectural plans and processes - advantageous but not essential.* Multi-lingual skills - advantageous but not essential.* Experience creating internal and external communications.* Proactive problem solvers.* Good attention to detail.* Excellent communication skills.Whats in it for youYou will be joining an exceptional interior design company and working within a supportive and friendly marketing team.
