Job Description

Job Title: Marketing CoordinatorContract: Temporary Contract: March - SeptemberPay rate: £13 - £15 per hour depending on experience (Equivalent to 27k - 30k per annum)Start: March 2021Expected duration: Until September 21 (May extend)Office Location: Central London (Working remotely, but you should be based in London in case you need to attend the office when needed)Reports into: Head of Marketing EMEAOur client is a leading financial publication and conferences organiser working with global institutional investors via exclusive memberships, forums, industry benchmarks, award-winning content, and workflow solutions such as capital placement. They are currently seeking a marketing coordinator to support their senior marketing team with digital marketing content for their conference websites, and support with marketing email campaigns to support with upcoming event launches later in the year.This would suit a candidate with excellent writing and verbal communication skills, who has high attention to detail, and a high work ethic, and a hands-on attitude. The right candidate will have ability to work within a small team, and ability to manage relationships internal stakeholders across international offices.Duties Support the EMEA Marketing team with day to day responsibilities, including:

  • Help manage and maintain specific websites (i.e. European and Middle East membership and forums)
  • Assist with development and maintenance of marketing materials including, term sheets, sell sheets, executive summaries, post-event analysis, pitch decks etc
  • Assist with updating, creating and populating social graphic templates, digital sales kits, landing pages, email templates and other marketing assets
  • Assist with regular updates of marketing performance reports and delivery to Investor Relations & Sales teams
  • Support the roll out of integrated, multi-media campaigns

  • Fluent in written and spoken English to a high standard
  • Educated to degree level
  • Marketing experience at coordinator or executive level of 1-2 years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
  • Internal stakeholder management experience
  • Adobe InDesign & Illustrator
  • Pardot (or a similar marketing email automation tool) & Salesforce highly desirable
  • Advanced Microsoft excel, word & PowerPoint
