Job Description

A leading North American investment manager is looking to hire an experienced compliance professional into their team to support on financial promotion and marketing material review.Ky responsibilities:

  • Review marketing materials, due diligence responses, investor communications, and other fundraising and reporting related materials
  • Review and advise on retail fund marketing and distribution related matters
  • Assist in maintaining internal policies and procedures and current regulatory guidance with respect to marketing
  • Support the broader compliance team on business advisory and compliance related matters
Key requirements:
  • Prior experience at a law firm and/or investment management firm
  • Prior experience in a relevant marketing/distribution compliance role
  • Understanding of AIFMD, MiFID, and other European marketing regulations
  • Fluency in French, German, or Italian ideal
