Marketing Communications OfficerSalary range: from £28,763 to £33,393 per annum (dependent on skills, experience and qualifications) Hours: 35 per week Contract type: PermanentWe are seeking a Marketing Communications Officer to plan, produce and publishstudent recruitment focussed marketing communications. This is a key role within the Marketing team to engage with new students through personalised, segmented and authentic communications. You will produce marketing communications schedules for various channels(including email, SMS, direct mail and advertising) to target users in different markets and stages of the marketing funnel and will develop engaging insights- and data-driven communications for student recruitment and advertising campaigns across both digitaland print media.You will regularly collaborate with colleagues across the University and will conduct desk research to gather and communicate insights on target markets and personas; the user journey; and competitor messages, activities and promotions. Youwill use these insights to inform and fine tune the communications plan.To be successful, you will have a background in using CRM systems (microsoft, salesforce, dot digital) and experience in utilising content management systems (CMS) for marketing and editorialcontent. You will also have greatsales conversioncopywriting skills and the ability totailor marketing communications for different stakeholdersat different points of the sales funnel.We are looking for a great marketing communicator, someone who reallyunderstands how to speak with our target audiences across key channels.About us Regents University London is a private university right in the heart of Royal Regents Park.
