Job Description

My client is a growing B2B market disrupting fintech business, they are looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to be part of their growth journey to scale their business. The Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving ABM content and campaignswith a focused commercial outcome. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a talented marketing team with excellent scope for career development within a business that rewards output and supports their employee with a flexible and collaborative culture.Location: Hybrid/ remote role - very flexible can be based anywhere in the UK with occasional travel to London officesThe ideal Campaign Marketing Manager will:

  • Establish an ABM / segment marketing strategy and embed account-based practices across the business
  • End to end campaign management - create, launch and distribution campaigns driving demand and tangible leads
  • Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to identify customer feedback, pain points and drivers to be built into the campaign strategy
  • Collate insights across all marketing channels to assess performance of campaign
  • Manage multiple projects at once, hitting deadlines and effectively communicating results
  • Work closely with Sales Team and keeping track of lead status

  • Demonstrable Experience of campaign focused marketing with a B2B setting
  • Demonstrable experience of stakeholder engagement
  • Driven by commercial outcomes
  • Ability to measure campaign performance and results
