Job Description

Marketing Campaign & Outbound Manager, Up to £55,000, 5 Month Contract then with a view to progress into permanent, amazing technology led organisation, London based or Agile Home working, ASAP Start !!Marketing Campaign & Outbound Manager Overview:Do you have a real passion for driving the execution of go-to-market (GTM) campaigns directed at specific audiences and buyer personas Then this role is for you! You will help define and execute our clients inbound strategy for prospects for theirdedicated customer base, as well as developing and leading a comprehensive portfolio of outbound campaigns. We are looking for a razor sharp marketer with excellent project management, communications and organizational skills. This is a key role within the marketing organisation and will make a tremendous impact on thecompany growth.The position can also be offered with full Agile home working so although the clienst Head Office isin London you dont need to be based in the region. Responsibilities of the Marketing Campaign & Outbound Manager:- You will be responsible for coordinating the regional execution of a number of the companys global campaigns, collaborating with both global campaigns team (based in San Francisco) as well as local field, product marketing and marketing communications teams. You will directly manage webinar and email execution and coordinate integrated execution across other marketing channels to drive MQLs and pipeline.- You will collaborate with marketing key partners (Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Events, Field Marketing, etc.) to develop and drive overall outbound strategy for EMEA, leveraging programs built for the US market and localising them for the region.- You will participate in market segmentation and go-to-market strategy discussions to help identify target customer segments and potential target prospects in each segment.- You will drive the development of customized outbound email campaigns in Outreach in conjunction with BDR managers and Marketing Operations. Continually measure, refine, and optimize sequences based on data and BDR manager feedback. Actively suggest improvements to the outbound process and messaging.- You will coordinate inbound campaign enablement for SDRs and own end-to-end BDR enablement programs for outbound campaigns.- You will define campaign critical metrics and program reporting needs and partner with marketing operations to forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness. Analyse results to understand what’s working/not working and why, and then optimize campaigns based on these insights and drive the plan-to-make-plan discussions with BDR managers-including real-time changes and pivots to strategy.Ideal Background:Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lead generation, sales, marketing or equivalent market research or inside sales role, ideally gained within a technology ledorganisation.Experienced of using Outreach would be a distnct advantage to the roleExceptional organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines to deliver multiple concurrent marketing activities and campaigns in a fast paced environmentA results driven approach to programme development and planningExperience leading campaign priorities and production timelines with internal partners across several departmentsExperience with Salesforce, Eloqua and/or other CRM and marketing automation systemsSuperb written and verbal skillsProfessional and energetic demeanor and ability to interact effectively with sales, marketing and other internal teamsWillingness to pitch in and be part of ALL marketing projects
