Job Description

Marketing Automation Campaign Manager (FTC)Remote Up to £32,000 + Benefits PackageOverviewMy client, a leading publishing house with an incredible reputation for quality-based products based in Oxford, is looking for a Marketing Automation Campaign Manager to join their business. This role has the opportunity to be hybrid (Oxford office) or homebased.Role

  • Working with marketing colleagues and the Automation Campaign Manager, you will scope and design customer-centric journeys and programs to deliver on key goals. You will map, build, test and develop customer-centric journeys and programs, liaising withCRM team and feeding into their development roadmap as necessary.
  • Ensuring marketing requirements for the CRM development roadmap are clearly documented and refined in liaison with the CRM and project team. You will utilise behavioural and personal data to produce effective targeted emails.
  • You will review and analyse performance of journeys and programs in order to make recommendations for, and help to implement, improvements. Ensuring templates and agreed assets, managed by the CRM team to support the brand, are used correctly and consistentlywhen building journeys.
  • You will proactively identify opportunities where automation could improve engagement and conversion, reduce manual tasks and improve the customer experience, as well as assist with implementation, testing and review of agreed solutions.
  • You will keep up-to-date with industry developments, including competitor activities, advances in technology, and academic trends, sharing appropriately. Keeping skills up-to-date and develop new skills through self-learning, shadowing and test-and-learnas well as via more formal learning and development courses.
Your Experience
  • You will have experience creating and delivering successful customer-centric email campaigns and automated programmes. You will be adept in gathering, interrogating and using data to inform campaign plans, as well as gathering and capturing requirements.
  • You will ideally have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot, though we will look at applicants with alternative software experience. You will be able to communicate at all levels and be able to manage your workload effectively.
PackageIn return for your experience my client is looking to pay up to £32,000 dependant on experience. They also offer an excellent benefits package including flexible working hours, additional holidays (up to 36 days) and ongoing incentives.
