Job Description

Marketing Associate (Property Tech, B2B, B2C, Branding and Growth awareness)Marketing Associate required to work for a leading property tech firm based in London on a permanent basis.Our client believes in individual and collective ownership of all the work that drives their company journey, and have created a mutually supportive, fun-loving environment to help their team thrive.     • The successful Market Associate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Enthusiastic, self-starting people with a creative spirit and eye for strong, impactful design.
  • Someone with a passion for brands and growing them (through design and messaging)
  • Managed and built social media organic presence
  • Created, optimised and reported on email campaigns (focused on both conversion and engagement).
  • Someone confident in directing their own work and acting with autonomy
  • Someone with a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Fantastically organised people with excellent time and project management skills who have the ability to meet deadlines, within budget and under pressure
  • A friendly attitude and team player
  • Ambitious people who thrive in a fast paced, high-growth environment
  • No previous real estate experience is required however an eagerness to quickly get up to speed/learn about the industry is a must.
  • 2+ years’ experience either working in a marketing agency or in a marketing function in a start-up is preferred.
