We are for someone we can train and support to become an outstanding Marketing Assistant.In this role you will be instrumental in helping us to significantly scale the growth of the business through targeted marketing campaigns to our audience across the globe. You will help create engaging content to for inbound and outbound B2B marketing campaignswith the aim of generating traffic and nurturing brand-aware prospects through the purchasing journey.You will become a strong marketing all-rounder, working with our in-house subject matter specialists and creative support team to create website copy, blog content, social calendars, email copy and info-graphic content across multiple channels.Key tasks

• Define and manage a marketing communications calendar
• Create and maintain a scalable set of relevant, targeted, content for social, email and website channels (incl informative, engaging sales collateral)
• Support the development of marketing campaign plans and manage the procedure, execution, and tracking of multi-channel communication activities with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
• Reviewing and updating existing marketing communications to ensure they are relevant and impactful
• Create and amend artwork on Photoshop or InDesign;
• Build, and send email campaigns
• Work with the senior digital marketing exec to measure and report campaign KPIs and audience insights

You should have:

• Excellent writing skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• A desire to learn
• Good relationship building skills
• Creative eye for detail
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
• Some knowledge of the following technology is highly desirable; Umbraco, Marketo, Salesforce
