Join the Close Brothers Property Finance Team where you will support the Marketing team with administrative, research, data analysing and event planning tasks. Working as part of the Marketing team our ideal team member will have previous experience in a Marketing/Administrativerole with excellent communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative, research and analytic support for the Marketing Team
  • Respond to general marketing enquiries and liaise with Head of Marketing where necessary
  • Provide diary management, coordinating relevant internal and external diaries and booking meeting rooms accordingly.
  • Liaise with Events team on organisation of events, hospitality and travel for Head of Marketing
  • Arrange and attend monthly team meetings as required, producing agenda and minutes
  • Respond to general queries raised by both internal and external stakeholders and inform the relevant team member as appropriate
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects as required. Create and maintain effective procedures and policies relating to the Marketing Team
  • Drafting and planning content for social media accounts, monitoring success and engagement
  • Research competitors on social media and for business development purposes
  • Assist with drafting and planning internal newsletter for Property Division
  • Attending internal comms forums on behalf of Property Division
  • Provide cross-divisional support for the Property Division
  • Build relationships with the lending teams, media contacts and journalists
  • Processing invoices and setting up new suppliers, liaise with TPM/Accounts/Finance teams
  • Manage Intranet site, ensure up to date
  • Website management via CMS
  • Liaising with Lending Teams to produce marketing content
  • Assist with research on regional networking events and groups for the lending teams
  • Maintenance and review of Customer Surveys, reporting to different departments of the Bank
  • Assisting with Powerpoint presentations for internal and external events
  • Proof reading external comms including articles, social media posts, brochure & website copy
  • Assisting the Events team with creating invitations, planning events, ordering merchandise, stationary and provide support at events
  • Loan book analysis from Finance reports using excel, for marketing use
  • Arrange payment of Marketing and Events related invoices, including GL coding and monitoring budgets.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
  • At least one years experience in a Marketing/Administrative role
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload, working under pressure when necessary
  • Must be self-motivated and able to demonstrate excellent time management
  • Strong communication skills and a professional manner
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a small team
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Strong organisational skills and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft and other IT applications
  • Knowledge/experience using Photoshop or other design software
  • Must have ability to use social media platforms and experience with a CRM system
  • Able to multi-task and strictly manage diaries
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Knowledge of general administrative procedures
  • Calendar management using electronic systems.
