KBB Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a high-end furniture manufacturer to find them a Marketing and Events Manager in London.Main Role Responsibilities for the Marketing and Events Manager: Overseeing the development of an international marketing strategy and delivering across all marketing channels. Managing a marketing budget, continuously measuring its results, and ensuring it delivers an efficient ROI. Regularly communicating with the companys PR agency to create a cohesive communication project plan that meets with the overarching marketing strategy. Planning and delivering luxury events and experiences to ultra-high net worth individuals, designers, developers, and industry specialists. Overseeing the creation and delivery of company literature and brand storytelling resources. Liaising with the companys international showroom network, ensuring they are being supported with suitable marketing resources, promotional materials, and product updates. Reviewing and reporting on all areas of marketing strategy and its implementation to the Managing Director. Developing and managing key relationships with external brand partnerships. Adapting to the role of a brand ambassador and alongside the sales team represent the brand, attending networking events and continually looking for opportunities.This is a full-term permanent position offering a salary within the bracket of £35,000 - £40,000.Must have: Minimum of 3 years marketing experience required. Previous experience working with a luxury brand. Previous experience at managerial level is preferred, but not essential. High attention to detail. Be articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills. Be proactive and self-motivated. Be Confident and have a dynamic personality. Have a Creative outlook.Have excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills. Have the ability to work individually and within a team. A drive to execute high quality work.
