Job title: Marketing and Communications ManagerLocation: London (currently remote working)Rate: £31.30 per hour PAYE or £41.15 per hour umbrellaDuration: 6 monthsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation in a key roleWe are looking for an experienced marketing and communications manager with solid writing, project management and stakeholder management skills who can effectively influence and collaborate across the business to manage the Marketing& Communications required to integrate recently acquired companies into the business.As Marketing and Communications Manager your key responsibilities will include:Support marketing activities for acquired companies after acquisition - throughout the post-merger integration (PMI) phase to ensure an integrated and collaborative future.Review all Due Diligence M+C information, including marketing plans, assets and materials if role did not manage deal and is taking over in PMI phase.Work with the appropriate teams to ensure Acquired companys websites, clients comms, etc. are compliant with global Data Privacy and GDPR policies and requirements.Work with Acquired company Marketing lead/team to update the Acquisitions M+C digital and print assets and touchpoints, including things such as boilerplate(s), templates (presentations, sales materials, etc.), business cards, merchandise, signage, etc. and to create a blended planThe successful candidate Experience in marketing and communications, preferably with some experience in the technology; experience in applying marketing concepts; branding and message development skills.flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, especially around crunch phase of deal such as launch day and pre-scheduled global meetings.Experience working on a global team across multiple time zones is desired.Strong written and oral communication skills. The ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to multiple audiences including internal employees, leadership and acquired company employees.Strong organisation, programme and time management and skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet milestones, tight deadlines and communicate status on concurrent projects.If you are interested in becoming part of this growing success story please submit your CV now to be considered for the position.
