Marketing Analytics ManagerLondon£70,000 - £85,000Would you like to be the first marketing analytics manager for one of the UKs top 5 fastest growing tech start-ups of 2020A genuine disruptor to their industry, this app-based business has received the backing from some of the best investors in the world, attracting over 3 million customers in just 5 years of business.The company have built an award-winning app, and have transformed their industry through incredible use of AI to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.This is a role that will partner with the senior marketing team to gain insight into how they currently use data, identify best practices, leverage data to identify opportunities and implement new strategies for growth and retention.As the business grows out their marketing capabilities, this role will be crucial to ensure a deep knowledge of the full marketing mix, from acquisition to retention to referrals resulting in an efficiently acquired base of happy and regularly returningcustomers.You will report to the CMO with regular communication across the company, including growth, CRM and creative marketing opportunities, product team, data sciences, and CEO to provide actionable insight into our audiences and marketing effectiveness.You will become a strategic thought partner for the marketing team, using various data sources to identify growth and optimisation opportunities. You will manage a steady flow of requests to aid in marketing activity plans, campaigns, segmentation, customiseduser journeys, and audience health. You will help the marketing teams design and test campaigns and conduct post-campaign examination to drive learnings and insights. You will help us build a deep knowledge of our audience and our (potential) role in theirlives assisting marketing and the wider business in making audience first decisions.
