Our client is a leading global asset manager. They are seeking to hire a Marketing Analytics and Data Insight Executive to provide marketing data and reporting in order to measure marketing success (including the support of key performance indicators)and then working with the campaign teams to optimise future marketing activity. The team is increasing in size to be able to provide a more business focused and proactive service Key responsibilities include: Management and enhancement of regular performancemeasures. Support the campaign teams to develop adhoc performance measures. Support the campaign teams to better understand what the data outputs is telling them and provide useful and actionable insights on a timely basis. Using knowledge of different codinglanguages to query different data sources to provide new marketing insights. Increase understanding of customer bases by ensuring we have greater transparency on our customer base, their demographics and behaviours. Supporting the data team and campaign managersin the defining appropriate target audiences (analysis and audience creation in our marketing tools) The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possess previous experience of working within a marketing reporting, analystics or data insight role. Financialservices experience would be very useful but our client is open to experience in other sectors. Candidates will need good Excel and PowerPoint experience and some experience in Marketo, SAS, WPS, Power BI and Tableau would be very useful but ongoing trainingand development will be provided. The succesful candidate will also have excellent attention to detail and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
