Prospectus is delighted to be supporting an international animal welfare organisation as they look to recruit a Marketing Analyst to join their team for a 12 Month Contract. The Marketing Analyst will support the optimisation efforts of the Supporter Engagement team by providing data reports and analysis, making recommendations for improvements and helping turn these into insights. This is a vital role in the team to ensure that efficient and effective fundraising campaigns help engage and retrain supporters to continue doing their vital work.You will work with Fundraisers to monitor donor journeys to identify areas of improvement and weaker performance. This will then be turned into insights that can be shared across the wider team to suggest improvements to campaigns moving forward and developing new fundraising and marketing strategies. You will also work with members of the team to ensure that data processes systems and efficient and robust in order to get the data needed quickly and reliably. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of interpreting Google Analytics, owned & bought social media and email data with the ability to translate that into valuable insight. You will have data analysis skills from within a digital marketing or integrated fundraising team and be able to use data to optimise customer/donor journeys. Experience of working with Facebook ads and other acquisition programmes is also required.
