Marketing & Communications AssociateInsurance exposure would be beneficial but not necessaryYour overall responsibilities are to:• Support the execution of marketing communications programs to effectively position products, services and thought leaders across target Insurance segments and markets in the UK, Europe and Bermuda. As a key role within a dynamic team of creative thinkers and in-house consultants, you will support the team in working collaboratively with the business to support the marketing and communications needs of this rapidly growing organization.• Support the execution of the global awareness strategy for Inclusive Diversity, focusing on embedding inclusion, diversity, equity and belonging in all aspects of who the underwriters are as a business.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization and who will be energized with the opportunity to make a material impact.You will:• Support the development and execution of the Marketing and Communications Strategy• Help embed and execute key messaging and narrative for the International Insurance platform.• Ensure projects are progressed and deadlines are met.• Support the team in elevating and standardizing the brand’s aesthetic and voice to increase brand awareness across all communications channels, all countries and locations in the International Insurance platform.• Create, administer and support emerging channel and stakeholder touchpoints with:o Digital content for website, portals and social mediao Advertising and conference content that is on brando Thought leadership articles, speaking engagements, client conferences, placed articles,o Support Business Unit Marketing leads with materials across all lines of business and divisions in the International Insurance platform,o Create campaigns to introduce new products, services, teams, locations, etc.• Work with leadership and team to optimize messaging, brand, deliverables and visibility across all communication channels, media, target segments, geographies and audiences.• Partner with Marketing Communications team members and collaborate to achieve goals. Inclusive Diversity• Work closely with the VP Inclusive Diversity, the Global Head of Inclusive Diversity, our employee group and our Inclusive Diversity council to execute and measure success in our ID awareness strategy and initiatives as we progress and navigate our inclusive diversity journey.• Support execution and embedding of behavioral and structural inclusion related imperatives focusing on developing a truly inclusive company culture in which every employee, regardless of their background, can belong in and thrive.• Focus on awareness raising both internally and externally in all aspects of our ID activity, bring new ideas and challenge to the status quo.Candidates should have min 2 years marcomms experience ideally gained within the Insurance or FS sector. You should have a passion for Diversity and Inclusion and be excited by having a real input to the D & I journey. You will need impeccable communication skills both verbal and written and should be self motivated, energetic, passionate and driven. You should have a degree level of education and ideally have started to take on relevant additional vocational qualifications.
